The XW-ASW Automatic Single Side Spot Welding Machine is designed for high-efficiency welding of cylindrical batteries (e.g., 18650, 26650, 21700, 33140...) in battery pack assembly. It features CNC-controlled servo motors and linear modules for precise positioning ensuring uniform weld joints with consistent quality. Based on the graphical operation interface of the industrial computer, parameter setting and programming are very user-friendly and easy to operate.

1 Designed for 18650, 21700, 26650, 32700, 32140 battery pack welding, including E-bike, scooter, and electric mobility battery pack applications.
2 Optional spot welding power source, selectable from 5000A to 10000A welding current to match different production requirements.
3 Servo motor welding head drive for fast, stable welding operation with CNC-controlled positioning.
4 PC user interface with programmable welding process, capable of producing any shape battery pack through coordinate-based programming.
5 Optional rotatable welding head for angled spot welding positions where standard perpendicular access is not available.
6 Real-time welding effect monitoring with NG weld spot alarm for immediate process deviation detection.
